How Timeshare Cancellation Works

Step One

Our team interviews you and explains how our Timeshare Termination Process(‘termination process”) will result in the successful termination of your timeshare ownership and mortgage(if any). Our team completes the interview by gathering the important information concerning your timeshare and mortgage(if any).

Step Two

Timeshare Remediation Services LLC(TRS) sends a welcome kit by email and/or by regular mail to you.

The welcome kit includes:

• FAQs
• Proof of performance for timeshare and mortgage cancellations

• A services agreement which defines our services, fees and Money Back Guarantee

Step Three

We schedule a phone appointment with our staff and we review the welcome kit with you. If you decide to retain our services, we will process the necessary paperwork and worksheets and advise our legal counsel to begin review of your case.

Step Four

Our legal staff will then prepare the case files to support their demand that your deed and mortgage be cancelled with the timeshare developer. The legal team will interview you and request documents as needed. In addition, they may require you to execute documents prepared by the legal team to support the termination process. At all times, the legal team will handle all correspondance and communications with the timeshare developer.

Step Five

At the end of the termination process, your deed and mortgage with the timeshare developer will be cancelled. All past, current and future financial obligations to the timeshare developer will completely eliminated.
